田志刚，男, 教授,博士生导师，中国科学院百人计划入选者。
1956年10月11日出生，山东莱州人。
1983年获山西医科大学医学学士学位，1985年获山东省医学科学院免疫学硕士学位，1989年获卫生部白求恩医科大学免疫学博士学位。
原山东省医学科学院基础医学研究所所长、山东肿瘤生物治疗研究中心主任、山东省肿瘤免疫与基因工程重点实验室主任。2001年作为中国科学院"百人计划"引进人才进入中国科技大学生命科学学院，博士，博士生导师，教授，中国科技大学免疫学研究所所长，兼美国国立卫生研究院癌症研究所研究员和日本金泽大学国立癌症研究所教授。国家自然科学基金生命科学部专家评审组专家，国家名词（免疫学）评审委员会专家，中国免疫学会常务理事，中国抗癌协会理事，中国医药生物技术协会理事。
1993年开始五次赴美国国立卫生研究院癌症研究所进行合作研究，专门从事肿瘤免疫与抗癌基因工程药物的研究与开发，在美研究期间的三项产品申报FDA并获批进入临床试验。1996年成为国家"百千万人才工程"一、二层次专家，2001年获国际抗癌联盟研究项目奖。1990年以来，共主持40余项国家、省、部级等科研项目。现承担国家杰出青年基金项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家973项目、国家863项目、中科院知识创新工程项目、安徽省十五重大医药专项项目。
先后获省部级科技进步二等奖3项、三等奖8项。近年来共发表论文250余篇，英文刊物发表论文23篇，17篇收入SIC。在国内最先（1989年）综合系统地引入肿瘤生物治疗学。1989年创建国内第一家肿瘤生物治疗研究机构(山东肿瘤生物治疗中心)并发起创建"中国免疫学会肿瘤生物治疗分会"并任副主任委员。建成国家卫生部批准的首批"细胞治疗实验室"，探索出三套肿瘤生物治疗方案并应用于临床。先后研制四类10余种单抗和PCR试剂盒。自1990年起开展基因工程药物研究，先后研制了IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、IL-12、IL-15、IL-18、SCF、leptin等重组产品，部分转让中试工艺。
研究兴趣：
主要研究天然杀伤(NK)细胞的基础生物学特性、相关生物治疗技术与重组产品及其用于治疗重大疾病（癌症、传染病、自身免疫病、器官与骨髓移植）的应用基础研究。
