田方宝，博士，澳大利亚新南威尔士大学堪培拉校区Tenure Track讲师/Assitant Professor。

他是中国科学技术大学02级本科生，并于2011年在中国科学技术大学近代力学系获得博士学位，其博士生导师为陆夕云教授。他于2011年8月-2013年8月在美国范德堡大学从事博后研究，2013年8月到澳大利亚新南威尔士大学堪培拉校区，先后任职研究助理和讲师。

田方宝博士主要从事复杂流动和流固耦合数值算法及其在生物流体力学中的应用方面的研究工作。其使用的数值方法主要包括基于格子波尔兹曼方法的内置边界法、基于有限差分方法的锐利界面内置边界法和有限元方法。主要研究对象包括生物发声的流固耦合研究，生物飞行和游动流体动力学研究，血管流动和血细胞流固耦合研究，旗子/丝线流固耦合机理研究和非牛顿流体力学研究。

近年来，田方宝博士在Journal of Computational Physics, Computational Mechanics, Physics of Fluids, Applied Physics Letters 和 Physical Review E 等国际著名学术期刊上发表论文十多篇。
